HOBOnet Ultrasonic Wind Speed & Direction Sensor mengukur kecepatan angin dan arah angin secara akurat menggunakan teknologi ultrasonik. Sensor ini bekerja tanpa komponen bergerak sehingga mengurangi kebutuhan perawatan rutin. Desain yang ringkas dan kokoh mendukung penggunaan jangka panjang pada lingkungan luar ruangan. Teknologi ultrasonik memungkinkan sensor mengukur kecepatan angin sangat rendah hingga 0,4 m/s.

Sensor ini terhubung secara nirkabel dengan sistem HOBOnet untuk mengirimkan data secara otomatis. HOBOnet meneruskan data langsung ke stasiun HOBO RX3000 atau HOBO MicroRX. Sensor lain dalam jaringan juga dapat meneruskan data menuju stasiun pusat. Pengguna dapat mengakses seluruh data melalui perangkat lunak berbasis cloud HOBOlink. Sistem siap digunakan sehingga proses pemasangan berlangsung cepat dan mudah.

Panel surya internal menyediakan sumber daya utama selama pengoperasian. Baterai isi ulang mendukung kinerja sensor saat kondisi cahaya terbatas. Memori internal menjaga data tetap tersimpan ketika koneksi jaringan terputus. Teknologi jaringan mesh nirkabel meningkatkan keandalan komunikasi dan memperluas jangkauan transmisi.

HOBOnet Ultrasonic Wind Speed & Direction Sensor mengukur kecepatan angin, hembusan angin, dan arah angin secara berkelanjutan. Sensor juga menghilangkan dead band arah angin sehingga menghasilkan data dari semua arah. Pengguna dapat memanfaatkan sensor ini untuk pemantauan cuaca, pertanian, penelitian lingkungan, serta aplikasi meteorologi. Sensor mendukung pengambilan keputusan melalui data angin yang akurat dan konsisten.
